  • Q1: What graphic file type should I send you?

    A1:Our art department will create FREE virtual proofs overnight and can work with almost any type of artwork! Preferred artwork should be in vectored format such as .PDF, .AI and .EPS. Rasterized art files like .JPG, .TIF and .PNG are still acceptable.

  • Q2: Will I see a proof before my order goes into production?

    A1:Yes! Unless it is an exact reorder, you always see an ‘e-proof’ of your item which must be approved by you before we proceed!

  • Q3: What is a pre-production proof?

    A1:We can actually produce a physical sample of the item you are ordering printed with your imprint. Pre-production proofs are recommended when time allows, as they will give you the best idea of how your items will appear when printed in mass. Pre-production proofs typically incur setup costs in addition to the cost of the item, and can add an additional 5-10 business days to the ordering process to allow for factory setup, production and shipping. Pre-production proofs are NOT recommended for exact reorders, orders less than $1,000.00 or rush orders. Please contact us if you would like a pre-production proof.

  • Q4: What are set up charges?

    A1:Some of the items we offer have ‘set-up’ charges (screen charges, die charges, etc.). It is important to note these are NOT art charges. These are charges to create the screen, die or other necessary items to imprint your specific logo.

  • Q5: Do I have to order a minimum quantity?

    A1:The minimum order for any item is the minimum quantity listed for that item on our web site. Minimum order quantity applies to both blank and customized merchandise.

  • Q6: Do you ship to my country?

    A1: Most likely, you can see what countries we ship to in the drop-down at the checkout.

  • Q7: Do I have to pay international taxes and duties?

    A6: Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. We cannot control and is not responsible for any duties/taxes applied to your package upon delivery. You will be responsible for paying additional charges for customs clearance. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; please contact your local customs office for further information.
